The simulations Lucid IT uses include:
- Rails ‘R’ Us ITSM Simulation – This 1/2-day is targeted at IT personnel involved in IT Service Support and Delivery. Participants adopt various roles within a number of processes and experience the implementation of ITIL concepts using a continuous improvement technique focused on achieving a business and service targets.
